The hotel is conveniently located opposite Manar Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. the rooms are spacious and provide a comfortable stay. the bathrooms are clean and well, maintained. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of fresh food, including made, to, order eggs. the view from some rooms overlooks a runway, providing an interesting backdrop. the hotel also has a sushi bar and a steakhouse on the rooftop, offering additional dining options.
Some nights there may be noise from the nearby nightclub, which could disturb light sleepers.

I had a really good stay at this hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. the location was great, as it was close to the mall and there were plenty of wayside eateries nearby. It was really convenient. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They were always helpful with any requests we had. Lastly, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed. I especially liked having a balcony to enjoy the view. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a nice bonus, and they even had scrambled eggs!
Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

The hotel was easy to access and near the shopping mall Manar Mall.
The hotel was rated as 4 Star on Bookings.Com but factually the quality of service was not even 3 Star.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, with a big mall just opposite and the city center nearby. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ensuring your needs are met. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with the added bonus of having a balcony on the higher floors. The breakfast included in the room rate offers a good variety, and the chefs are more than happy to prepare scrumptious scrambled eggs upon request.
All was perfect and met my expectations.

First I booked a double room but they offer me a suit with welcome drinks (tea and coffee) and the rooms were well arranged and there were flowers on the bed . Location is good on the main street besides the mall (good for family) The overall impression comparing with the prices (good)
Very noisy because of the night club (Thursday night) the breakfast was good

The rooms were clean, a personal note from the cleaner - it was very clean.... and the showers were nice...
Very loud music til 3am which was very annoying... the hotel is located on a long street with no speedbumps so the crazy drivers were going up and down the road making so much noise! That disturbed us a lot - but not the fault of the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were neat and tidy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, good space to move around freely, and a reliable AC system. The location was ideal, situated on a busy street and near the Manar mall. We were also delighted to find a fantastic little Asian restaurant next door, which deserves a special mention. The staff, especially Mr. Mujtaba, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Nothing not to love.

It was great to see the staff taking good care of the guests' needs and making an effort to make it a special experience. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with a cozy bed and clean bathrooms. One unique aspect of the hotel was the rooftop bar, which gave a fantastic view of the city's skyline, making our new year celebration even more memorable. the hotel is also in a prime location, with many popular attractions and shopping centers within walking distance.
The hotel services were moderate, with some areas needing improvement. One of the drawbacks was the limited food options at the hotel's restaurant, and the breakfast variety was somewhat monotonous, with the same selection offered every day.

This was my second time with this hotel and at this price no other hotel is offering such a great service in Ras Al Khaimah. It is the best with its Friendly staff and located just in the center of the city. Mannar mall is just opposite the Hotel – takes less than 2 mins walk. You have Carefour and Biggest Lulu shopping center just opposite. Concierge service is great they helped me book tickets to movies cinema which is also opposite to the hotel. I was upgraded to Suite room on arrival. As my family was tired they were sent to the room immediately while I was still completing the registration process which took less than 5 mins. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I requested extra pillows and blankets for my kids at 01:30 am which was delivered immedately. My wakeup call request was given at the right time with a cup of hot coffee… just as I wanted. They have good Sea Food Restaurant and other outlets serving varieties of food and drinks. And they also offer free access to their new city beach club for free with shuttle service which was just awesome. My kids enjoyed the beach and the swimming pool and it was just as I wanted. I met the managers and they are always there to attend my request.
The weather was very hot but its not the hotels mistake.
